This policy explains how DonateBot (“we”) processes personal data when you use DonateBot (donatebot.top and related Discord bot).
1. Data we process
- Discord user ID, username, and avatar (via OAuth login)
- Guild / server IDs and names you register
- Product and purchase records (buyer Discord ID, amounts, role IDs)
- Payout account identifiers from our payment partner (not full card numbers)
- Basic technical logs (IP, user agent) for security
2. Purposes
Operate the Service, authenticate owners, process payments, assign roles, prevent fraud, and improve reliability.
3. Sharing
We share data with Discord (role assignment), our payment processor (checkout & payouts), and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Account and transaction data are kept while your server uses DonateBot and as required for accounting or legal obligations.
5. Your rights
