Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DonateBot (the “Service”), operated by InviteForge (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DonateBot lets Discord server owners sell digital products (primarily Discord roles) to members. Checkout is processed by a third-party payment provider. InviteForge charges a platform fee of 3% (early access) per successful sale; payment processing fees are charged separately by the payment provider.

2. Eligibility

You must own the Discord server you connect, comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, and provide accurate information during payout onboarding.

3. Products & delivery

You are responsible for product descriptions, pricing (minimum €0.50), and that DonateBot’s Discord role sits above any role you sell. Role delivery is automated after payment confirmation; we are not liable if Discord permissions or hierarchy prevent assignment.

4. Fees & payouts

Platform fees are deducted at checkout. Payout timing and KYC requirements are set by the payment provider. You are responsible for taxes on amounts you receive.

5. Prohibited use

Do not sell illegal goods, scams, NSFW content that violates Discord rules, or anything that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend servers that abuse the Service.

6. Refunds

Sales are generally final. See our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InviteForge is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or Discord outages. Our total liability related to the Service is limited to fees we collected from you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
